About Us

Core Values

  • Heart for the Lost

Because people matter to God, people must matter to us. We value seeing your family and friends choosing Jesus as their Savior and Lord. We are committed to helping you reach your loved ones and those in the community (Acts 2:47; 1 Corinthians 9:19-23).

  • Spiritual Reproduction (Discipleship)

We believe in discipleship. We believe in reproducing ourselves. In the great commission, Jesus said that we were to make disciples, not converts. He did not tell us to go out and just have people saved, but he said to make disciples, to reproduce ourselves. How you and your family grows matters to us (Matthew 28:18-20).

  • Biblical Authority/Word Based

We are committed to the clear and accurate communication of God's Word in a way that ministers grace and urges obedience (2 Timothy 3:16-17). What the Bible teaches takes precedence over church traditions or human opinion. Teaching and living God’s Word is not only vital but necessary to be Christlike. Christlikeness is our goal, our purpose, our prize Philipians 3:12-14).

  • Every Christian is a Minister

You, along with every other Christian, possess natural talents and spiritual gifts. As you release these talents and gifts for God to use, you will find more significance and purpose in your life. We are committed to ministry involvement (Romans 12:4-8; 1 Peter 4:10).

  • Servanthood

We are, above all, servants of our Lord. We give ourselves to the highest good for our brothers in Christ and the community in which we live. We are committed to a Christlike love expressed in all we are and do. We just don’t want to serve we want to be servants (Matthew 20: 26-28).

  • Team Ministry

We are committed to a team model for ministry that equips and empowers every family, member and leader (Ephesians 4:11-16; I Corinthians 12:27; Ecclesiastics 4:9). T.E.A.M. -- Together Experiencing A Ministry.

  • Personal and Corporate Prayer and Worship

When we pray, we participate in the unseen spiritual world. Ministry is a battleground that needs to be constantly reinforced through prayer. Our goal is to have our prayer ministry as our strongest ministry. Our ministries will be reliant on prayer. Without worship we are incomplete. Worship is what we were created for. We also believe we worship in different ways; the goal is that we will all worship in spirit and in truth. The outcome is intimacy with God. We desire to have an inspiring worship service that will demonstrate how praising the King of Kings will change our lives (Acts 2:42; John 4:23-24).

  • Personal Integrity

What we say and do must match. We are to be salt and light. We are to remain pure, create thirst, contribute value to our society and shine in darkness, remain visible and burn brightly. Without integrity we have nothing to say or offer (Psalms 7:8; II Corinthians 7:2).

  • Excellence

We believe the God of our salvation deserves the best we have to offer. The Lord himself is a God of excellence, as shown by the beauty of creation; he also gave us the best he had, his only Son (Romans. 8:32). Paul exhorts servants in everything they do to "work at it with all your heart as working for the Lord, not men" (Colossians 3:23). Therefore, in the ministries and activities of Clearwater Christian Center we will seek to maintain a high standard of excellence to the glory of God. We will achieve this when every person is exercising his or her God given spiritual gift to the best of his or her ability (I Corinthians 12).
